As I work solo, my priority during appointments is giving my clients my full attention, which means I’m not always able to answer phone calls straight away. Texting allows me to respond as soon as I can — usually between clients or at the end of the day.

Online bookings aren’t available, as this helps ensure the right timing and quality for each appointment.
